I'm Joy — U.S. Air Force veteran, career coach, and founder of Silver Hair Confidence Coach and Sanctuary 8 Sound Therapy. My journey wasn't smooth. I navigated the jarring transition out of military service, survived unexpected job loss, and reinvented my entire career in my 50s.
